First identify whether water is outside the cabinet or dripping inside. Glass-door refrigerators commonly use a rear condensate pan and an internal upper drain path; the location of the water changes the likely cause.

Dry the floor, locate the first wet point and inspect accessible pans and drain openings without dismantling electrical parts.
Stop if water reaches wiring, outlets or controls, or if there is repeated electrical tripping.
Call when a condensate pan is cracked, leakage returns after safe cleaning, or the drain path cannot be reached safely.
Check whether the rear condensate pan is overflowing or cracked. If the pan is damaged, it needs replacement.
Check the upper drain pan and drain tube for blockage. Do not force sharp wire into hidden tubing.
Inspect the rear drain tube for damage or crushing and the internal drain path for blockage.
Many units have a condensate pan at the rear and another collection or drain area above the cabinet interior; layouts vary by model.
The condensate pan may be cracked or another joint may be damaged and should be inspected.
Stop and isolate the area if water reaches electrical parts or creates a slip or electrical hazard.
