Common configurations

All-refrigerator

All compartments are used for chilled storage such as vegetables, sauces and prepared ingredients.

All-freezer

All compartments are used for frozen meat, seafood and other frozen ingredients.

Dual-temperature

Separate chilled and frozen compartments in one cabinet for businesses with limited floor space.

Two, four or six doors

The door count and section layout vary by cabinet width and storage requirements.

Common faults

Not cooling or slow pull-down

Possible causes include condenser blockage, fan faults, refrigerant leakage, control problems or compressor wear. Inspection is required before diagnosis.

Frost and defrost faults

A failed heater, sensor, timer or controller can allow ice to block airflow around the evaporator.

Door seal and temperature loss

A damaged door gasket lets warm, humid air enter and may cause condensation, frost and longer compressor run time.

Unusual noise or failure to start

Fans, relays, wiring, controls and the compressor are checked according to the symptom.

Repair or replace?

Repair assessment

We consider the cabinet condition, age, compressor and refrigeration system before recommending work.

Do you have new two- or four-door units?

Stock changes. Send the required dimensions, temperature zones, voltage and location on LINE to ask about current availability.

How do I choose between repair and replacement?
